Join me for a full afternoon at the gorgeous Retreat & Rewild for a self care retreat. Think movement, learning, nourishment and rest in a cosy, Cotswolds studio; welcoming in Autumn and slower more peaceful days ahead. This retreat is for those looking to feel energised, connected to their body, and who are craving some much needed ‘me time’.
Session Details
Arriving from 1.15pm we’ll say hello and connect, settling in to our cosy studio home for the afternoon. You’ll then be gently guided through a carefully curated afternoon of all things movement and wellbeing. You can expect:
A strong, dynamic Pilates class, a mobilising and lengthening flexibility session and a mindful meditation led by Jen
Seasonal, nourishing food to replenish
A lymphatic drainage workshop in which you will learn how to perform self massage to detoxify your body and much more, this is led by skincare and massage expert Erica MacCallum
Time to journal, reflecting back on the year so far and identifying how you might lean into rest a little more as the days become shorter
A calming and meditative soundbath led by sound expert and yoga practitioner Grace Delnevo
Mini hand massage from Erica during the soundbath to help you float away into blissful rest
We’ll finish the day saying our goodbyes at around 5.30pm feeling grounded, calm and rested.
Venue
R&R studios is a yoga & wellness studio tucked away on the edge of Cirencester, held within a converted farm building and surrounded by rolling English countryside. It’s a quiet, grounding space where you’re invited to step away from the noise and tend to yourself.
The space has been carefully designed to promote wellbeing, it’s a natural and light sanctuary, a place to breathe deeply, move with intention, and reconnect with your inner calm.
